Delivery and access

There is no physical shipping. Every PrimeKeys product is digital and is delivered after a successful payment.

From checkout to your key

Checkout: choose your product and licence, then review the final total at secure checkout. Use an email address you can access.

Confirmation: after successful payment, find your order confirmation and delivery details on the confirmation page and in your checkout email, or in your order account.

Product access: follow the activation instructions supplied with your product. Keep your licence key and receipt private and safe.

Can’t find your delivery?

Check your email. Make sure it’s the address you used at checkout.

Look in spam or junk. Your confirmation may have landed there.

Open your orders. Sign in with your checkout email to find delivery details.

Still need a hand?

If payment is complete but your delivery is missing, we’ll help you find it. Have your order reference ready. Never share passwords or licence keys in a support message.
