Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small values saved by a browser. Local storage and session storage are similar ways to keep information on a device. Rules about storing or accessing device information can apply to these technologies even when the information is not a name or email address.

This policy covers the PrimeKeys storefront and explains where the checkout, account service or external services have their own controls. The Privacy Policy describes the related use of personal information.

Your storefront cart

The storefront remembers your selected product, licence and quantity in your browser between visits, using browser storage. It stays until you clear the cart or your browser removes site data. It does not store card details or delivered licence keys.

Shoppex checkout and account storage

Our storefront, checkout and customer account run on Shoppex. Shoppex may use cookies or browser storage for your basket, sign-in session, security checks, fraud prevention and preferences. The exact names and lifetimes can change with provider updates and browser settings, so see Shoppex’s own cookie and privacy notices for current details and purposes.

Optional storage and consent

We do not add third-party advertising trackers of our own to the storefront. Shoppex may record basic visit and usage information for the store’s analytics and security. Storage that qualifies as necessary may be used without consent where the applicable law permits it. Other storage requires consent or another specific exception and the controls required by the relevant law. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can use it to make your choice.

Visiting the site, reading this policy or clearing a cart is not consent to optional tracking. A browser setting is not a universal opt-out across services. Use the relevant provider’s controls and your browser settings for storage that provider manages.

Browser controls

Your browser can show, block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking storage may stop the cart, sign-in or checkout from working. Clearing site data removes your saved cart, so you may need to rebuild it, but it does not delete completed orders or server records. Private browsing normally removes some storage when the session ends, according to your browser settings.

External destinations

When you open Shoppex, Discord or an email service, that destination may set or access its own storage. Its privacy and cookie notices explain its practices. This storefront cannot clear or change another site’s settings. Mentioning a provider here does not confirm that all of its features have been independently audited by PrimeKeys.

We will update this policy when relevant storefront features change. Provider updates may also change storage names or lifetimes, so consult their current notices and the storage information shown by your browser.
